Guardian of the Threshold: Forging of Warrior--The hero buys a yoni egg and defends her thesis, causing two staple figures of the hero's journey, in the form of PantsFish and the Yoni Goddess, to appear and challenge the hero in her quest to get out of Jormun, finally calling to the surface the full fury she feels over a lifetime of limitation and loss.

2. The Belly of the Whale: What Hell may Come--Cast into darkness and isolation at the very moment when victory seemed certain, the hero tries to cope with her new existence of routine loneliness as everything that once felt secure or that gave her any kind of feeling of control or accomplishment is swept away and the rest of the world offers a narrative of events that only make things exponentially worse.

The Call to Adventure: Tale of Blood and Might--Crushed under the struggle to make ends meet as an adjunct writing instructor, while simultaneously attempting to earn a PhD, one individual tries to keep going and give life meaning amidst the dull banality of modern life by mapping their efforts onto an inner world of courage and adventure, filled with mounting despair and rage at the way even this is view askance by others.

Oshana--part three

Part three—Having fought her way back out of the herring ball, Oshana now faces the even more daunting prospect of helping her companions defend against the horror she found within.

Oshana is a young mermaid who lives in a community sheltered by a living coral reef and spends her time hunting, scavenging ruins for valuables, and dreaming of bonding with her beloved Wendaro. Unfortunately, his parents, put off by her family's relative lack of wealth, feel she needs to do something exceptional to prove herself first but Oshana is at loss regarding how to do this in this undersea coming of age tale.
